Cosmetically there's a few scuffs and scratches mainly on the edges of the casing with a few small scratches on the face. One corner on the front has had a knock and been repaired with black tape. It's a UK 240v model so requires a step up transformer for USA Canada use. These are a great way to interface your guitar with the MS series synths, or just fun to play through,
